Such a brilliant hotel! All of the staff are helpful and friendly. The facilities are second to none. The swimming pool, rooftop terrace and sofas were fabulous and the added bonus of a waiter or waitress coming to take drinks orders with the press of a button was impressive. We didn’t eat at the hotel but I’m sure it was lovely as everything else was amazing. There is a beautiful smell in the hotel too. The 360 view is fabulous. The view of the cathedral from our room was also brilliant. Bedroom and bathroom were both really luxurious. We had an issue with the door and it wouldn’t lock but that was sorted out without any hassle.

The hotel is beautifully presented and extremely well located in the centre of Seville. It is minutes away from Real Alcazar, Seville Cathedral and the bullring, as well as numerous tapas bars and restaurants and couldn’t have been more convenient. Every detail of the guest experience seems to have been considered when designing this hotel which made for a exceptionally pleasant stay: the shower/bathroom was especially wonderful; the separate toilet is a great feature; and the bed was very comfortable ensuring that we rested very well during our week in Seville. The staff all worked hard and were helpful and attentive. However, we found that Fausto was especially friendly, helpful and welcoming which added a nice personal touch to our stay.

The location was absolutely perfect with the cathedral just a few minutes walk away - great views from the rooftop too. The staff were the best of any hotel I’ve ever been to and were so helpful, offering to make restaurant reservations and advising on purchasing tickets for attractions. We are so grateful as they made our stay so much better! The rooms are lovely and modern with Spanish artwork, we had one overlooking the square with a great view. The beds and bath were huge too!

Got there early and thought we'd try and check in. To our delight we could, and they gave us an upgrade at no extra cost! The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. Being in the centre of Seville, everything is close by and within walking distance including the tram. The hotel restaurant is beautiful with amazing food, we went for a lunch and a dinner. I cannot rate Querencia de Sevilla highly enough, it would be our number 1 choice in Seville.

The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. There were buffet and menu options--best cheesy scrambled eggs I have ever had. On the morning that we had an early morning flight, the staff graciously packed a "picnic" breakfast for us to take on the road.
